A drop-in session where a Mindstone expert helps you resolve a real AI problem, from a tool that isn’t doing what you expected to a rollout that’s stalled. Turn up and ask, or send your problem in advance (anonymised if you prefer) and we’ll cover it first. Everyone else learns by watching the fixes happen live.

Each month our host sits down with someone who has first-hand experience of AI: a Mindstone expert, a member of our community or a leader from another organisation. They talk honestly about an AI decision that matters right now, including what didn’t go to plan. Followed by 15 minutes of live audience Q&A.

Each month we invite a leader to tell the story of their AI transformation in their own words: where they started, what they changed, what went wrong and what it achieved. Followed by Q&A from the audience.
30 min at lunchtime, monthly
Leaders need to use AI themselves before they can lead it. Each session takes one task from an executive’s week, such as preparing a board update or turning a pile of team reports into decisions, and does it with AI from start to finish while you watch. You then take home a step-by-step worksheet so you can run the same task yourself, in the AI tool you already use. No technical skills needed.
